Markets
Weekends and every holiday (except Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) are bookable at the ★ premium rate. Click a date to book it.
Serving: Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh–Durham, NC, Greenville–Spartanburg, SC, Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC, Savannah / Hilton Head, GA, Augusta, GA, Knoxville, TN, Chattanooga, TN, Nashville, TN, Birmingham, AL, Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL, Tampa–St. Petersburg, FL, West Palm Beach, FL, Miami–Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Political campaigns
Every market is pre-loaded with its state’s early voting window, Election Day and any runoff. Pick a city and a package, and we add every block. One digital billboard truck is held just for political campaigns, so political dates stay open even when commercial dates in that market are sold out. Political flights are confirmed in the order they’re received.
Federal rules require political committee ads on outdoor advertising, which includes billboards, to carry a clear and conspicuous “paid for by” disclaimer (FEC advertising and disclaimers). On a billboard, it has to be on the face of the ad. State rules can add more.
A MobileOOH team member reviews every political creative before it runs and can turn around updates fast during early voting. Candidates, PACs, parties and issue groups are welcome. Political flights are prepaid.
Early voting dates come from each state’s election office.
Rates
Per time block. Driver, fuel in market, routing and mapping, GPS reports and the proof of performance (POP) report are included. Weekends, holidays and event dates are billed at the premium rate shown. Truck delivery to your market is a separate line, shown before you book.
Applies to every Saturday and Sunday, every holiday, Election Eve and Election Day, every early voting day, peak shopping days, and local game or concert dates.
Book days in a row and save: 3 consecutive days 5% off, 5 days 10% off, 7 days 15% off, 14 days 20% off, 30 days 30% off. A day counts when it has at least one block. Sample rates; final pricing confirmed with your route.
If the nearest open truck is already in your market, delivery is included. If it has to drive in, you pay one flat delivery fee for each run of back-to-back days. The fee is based on road miles and covers the drive in only, not the trip out.
| Zone | Road miles to your market | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| In market | Up to 75 | Included |
| Zone 1 | 76–200 | $345 |
| Zone 2 | 201–350 | $580 |
| Zone 3 | 351–500 | $815 |
How it’s figured: driver time at $22.10 an hour ($17 plus 30% payroll cost), diesel at $7 a gallon, and chassis wear at $0.25 a mile come to about $1.57 per road mile. Add a $30 driver per diem, and each zone is priced at its top mileage. Your zone depends on where the nearest open truck is on your first day. It shows in your order summary before you book. Book days in a row and you pay delivery once.

Case studies
Real flights run by Advertising Wheels, the team behind MobileOOH. Photos are from the campaigns.

FanDuel
When FanDuel went live at Audi Field, home of D.C. United, it needed Washington, D.C. fans to know right away. Advertising Wheels sent out a fleet of digital billboard trucks, mixing van and box truck formats, each carrying the bold “Now Live at Audi Field” message in FanDuel and D.C. United branding.
Traditional billboards are fixed in place and often zoned out of dense urban areas. Our digital billboard trucks staged right at the stadium entrance and moved through the streets fans take to the match, so arriving fans were met with a wall of synchronized screens at the moment they were most engaged.
The result was a high-impact launch with precise targeting, reaching an audience that fixed out-of-home advertising can’t get to.

Fifth Third Bank
Fifth Third Bank needed to reach new customers in several Southeast markets at once. Advertising Wheels ran a coordinated multi-market campaign of digital billboard trucks that put the bank’s message directly in front of its target audiences.
Outside a major arena, a line of digital billboard trucks ran the “Get a $375 Cash Bonus” offer with scannable QR codes, turning arena foot traffic into instant engagement. Trucks met fans walking to college game days and parked at the gates of a local ballpark with the bank’s “No Hidden Fees, Ever” message.
At pro football tailgates, trucks rolled into the lots to launch a team debit card with “Raise the Flags!”, a space no static sign could occupy. For a new branch opening, a branded digital billboard truck helped the local team welcome the neighborhood.
Across markets and campaign goals, digital billboard trucks gave Fifth Third precise, high-impact reach that fixed placements can’t match.

Xfinity
As Xfinity expanded its retail footprint, it needed to announce new store openings in multiple cities and states, and do it consistently. Advertising Wheels ran a coordinated multi-market campaign that put digital billboard trucks on the road in each launch city with a clear “Grand Opening” message, the local store address and a call to action for XfinityVirtualStore.com.
In Fort Wayne, Indiana, the digital billboard truck worked the busy intersections and commercial corridors around the new store, reaching drivers at stoplights and in heavy local traffic at eye level and close range.
Every market got the same playbook: hyper-local targeting, flexible routing and creative tailored to that city’s store. The fleet moved with Xfinity from market to market, putting each grand opening in front of the neighborhoods it served.

Morgan & Morgan
Morgan & Morgan wanted to reach Atlanta football fans with its bold “Size Matters” campaign, and Advertising Wheels took the message to the heart of game day.
Our digital billboard trucks worked the streets around Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where traditional billboards can’t be placed, moving through stadium traffic and along the sidewalks fans walk to the gates. Drivers in pregame congestion and fans on foot had the creative at eye level and close range for the whole length of their arrival.
Instead of waiting for the audience to drive past a fixed sign, the trucks went to the crowd and kept Morgan & Morgan in view through the pregame rush.

Warnock for Georgia
Warnock for Georgia needed to reach voters in the areas its campaign manager had prioritized and keep the message in front of them right up to Election Day. Advertising Wheels built a county-by-county digital billboard truck plan around those targets, with creative tailored to each market.
In DeKalb County, our digital billboard trucks ran “Vote Today in DeKalb County” along busy commercial corridors and parked in high-traffic shopping centers across metro Atlanta. In Bibb County, the same approach put “Vote Today in Bibb County” in front of shoppers and drivers in Middle Georgia. The trucks also went deep into rural communities, where traditional billboards are few and far between.
Every screen carried the campaign’s “One More Time Georgia” message and a clear call to action for IWillVote.com/GA. Because the screens are digital, the creative changed from “Vote Tomorrow” to “Vote Today” overnight, keeping the message timely through the final push.

Arkansas Razorbacks
When Arkansas baseball headed to Omaha for the College World Series, the Razorbacks wanted more than their traveling fans in the stands. They wanted the locals too. Advertising Wheels put digital billboard trucks on the streets of Omaha with a playful “Need a Team to Root For?” campaign, a numbered series of reasons to join the Hogpile.
One screen reminded locals that Dave Van Horn “became a legend in your state.” Another made the case that Arkansas is “the closest CWS team, which technically makes us neighbors.” Our digital billboard trucks parked on the brick streets of the Old Market, outside The Paxton downtown and along the routes fans take to the ballpark, where traditional billboards can’t be placed.
Between messages, the screens switched to full-motion “OMAHOGS” creative and a bold “If You’re Reading This It’s Time to Call the Hogs!” rally call. Digital screens let the campaign rotate its messages through the series and keep the content fresh day to day.

Charly
When Charly launched its Liga MX All-Star kit, available at DICK’S Sporting Goods, it wanted soccer fans in the Twin Cities to see it during All-Star week. Advertising Wheels put digital billboard trucks on the road with full-motion LIGA MX creative and the new Charly All-Star jerseys on screen.
Our digital billboard trucks parked at the entrance of Allianz Field, right under the “Land of All-Stars” banner, where fans in Liga MX jerseys stopped to take photos with the truck. They also worked Nicollet Mall, downtown Minneapolis and the area around U.S. Bank Stadium, reaching shoppers, office workers and visiting fans at eye level and close range.
Traditional billboards can’t be placed at a stadium gate or on a pedestrian mall, but our trucks went to both and covered the busy streets in between. Every screen carried a clear “Available at DICK’S Sporting Goods” call to action, connecting the kit to where fans could buy it.

Mote Marine Laboratory
Mote Marine Laboratory wanted to connect with its local community around the message “Our Research Matters. Especially to Them.” Advertising Wheels put that message in the middle of a busy outdoor festival.
Our digital billboard truck parked steps from the vendor tents and walkways, an event space where traditional billboards could never go. Instead of a static image, the LED screens played full-motion video of Mote’s underwater footage, and the moving marine life drew the eyes of everyone passing by.
Families saw the content at eye level as they strolled, shopped and gathered, along with the mote.org call to action, at a time when they were relaxed and receptive. Video placed exactly where the audience was made Mote’s mission hard to miss.

FAQ
Open blocks can be booked. Premium blocks (★) fall on weekends, holidays, elections, and big games and concerts in your market, and are billed at the premium rate. Big shopping days like Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday and Super Saturday are highlighted. Sold-out blocks can’t be booked in that city. We’re closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day; every other holiday is open at the premium rate.
Our screens move between markets, so each city shows only the blocks we can actually run there. If a screen runs Shift 1 in a market, its Shift 2 and Shift 3 that day are offered only in that market.
Book at least one block on back-to-back days. 3 days in a row saves 5%, 5 days saves 10%, 7 days saves 15%, 14 days saves 20%, and 30 or more saves 30% on every block in that run, including premium blocks. Closed days and gaps start a new run.
Only when a truck has to drive in. If the nearest open truck is already within 75 road miles of your market, delivery is included. To keep delivery costs down, book your days back to back.
Any open block 2 or more days out can be booked online. Graphics are due 48 hours before your first block. For sooner dates, call us.
